BAIL AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 14 OF 2004) - SECT 29

41A     Court may review on its own initiative

    (1)     A court that has made a decision in relation to bail may review the decision on its own initiative if the court considers it is in the interests of justice to do so.

    (2)     The court may issue a warrant for the arrest of the person and for bringing the person before the court at the time and place stated in the warrant.
