BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING LEVY ACT 1999 (NO. 30 OF 1999) - SECT 5

    The functions of the Board are—

        (a)     to administer the fund; and

        (b)     to make payments, or direct that payments be made, from the fund in accordance with training plans.
