BUILDINGS (DESIGN AND SITING) (NO. 70 OF 1992) - SECT 4

4. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) “or” (last occurring); and

        (b)     by adding at the end of paragraph (c) the following word and paragraph:

“; or (d)     the exemption of a proposal for the external design and siting of a building, either absolutely or subject to conditions, from the application, by virtue of section 6, of all or any of the provisions of Part VI of the Land Act”.
