Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts19. (1) The Board may make arrangements with the Chief Executive for the use of the services of public servants in the administrative unit under the Chief Executive's control.
(2) The Public Sector Management Act 1994 applies in relation to the management by the Board of public servants who are the subject of an arrangement under this section.
