BOARD OF SENIOR SECONDARY (NO. 87 OF 1997) - SECT 4

4. (1) There is hereby established a board to be known as the Board of Senior Secondary Studies.

(2) The Board—

        (a)     is a body corporate, with perpetual succession; and

        (b)     shall have a common seal.
