Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts10. (1) A Coroner or Deputy Coroner shall not perform a function or duty of his or her office until he or she has taken the oath or made the affirmation set out in Schedule 1.
(2) An oath or affirmation may—
(a) be taken or made before; and
(b) be administered or received by;
a Judge of the Supreme Court or a person authorised for the purpose by the Attorney-General.
