CORONERS ACT 1997 (NO. 57 OF 1997) - SECT 90

90. A person to whom notice under subsection 64 (6) has been given may, within 30 days after receipt of the notice, apply to the Supreme Court for an order that a hearing into a death or fire be conducted.
