CORONERS (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) 1994 (NO. 66 OF 1994) - SECT 22

22. Section 33 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting subsections (1) and (2);

    (b)     by inserting in paragraph (3) (a) “the Bail Act 1992 or” after “under”;

        (c)     by inserting in subsection (6) “the Bail Act 1992 or” after “under”; and

        (d)     by omitting from subsection (7) “Parts VI and XIIIA” and substituting “the Bail Act 1992 and Part VI”.
