CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2020 (NO. 7 OF 2020) - SECT 14

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person transports human remains; and

        (b)     the human remains are not in an acceptable container or acceptable wrapping.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
