CONSUMER AND TRADER TRIBUNAL ACT 2003 (NO. 16 OF 2003) - SECT 61
Admissibility of evidence
(1) Evidence given before the registrar during a
preliminary conference is not admissible against a person in a criminal
proceeding.
(2) Evidence of any words spoken at a
preliminary conference must not be admitted in a civil proceeding under this
Act.
