CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 (NO. 19 OF 2008) - SECT 692

A child or young person taken into safe custody under a safe custody warrant must be placed by the person who executed the warrant—

        (a)     in the place stated in the warrant; or

        (b)     if no place is stated—in a place decided by the chief executive.
