CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 (NO. 19 OF 2008) - SECT 745

    (1)     This section applies if, under section 744, the chief executive asks the proposed proprietor—

        (a)     to give the chief executive more information but the proposed proprietor does not give the chief executive the information; or

        (b)     to allow the chief executive to inspect premises but the proposed proprietor does not allow the chief executive to inspect the premises.

    (2)     The chief executive need not decide whether the proposed proprietor is eligible for a childcare service licence.
