CONSUMER CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) (NO. 42 OF 1996) - SECT 17

17. (1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears—“Administration Act” means the Consumer Credit (Administration) Act 1996; “commencement day” means the day on which this Part commences; “Credit Act” means the Credit Act 1985 as in force immediately before the commencement day; “Tribunal” means the Australian Capital Territory Credit Tribunal.

(2) The Administration Act shall be construed in accordance with this Part.
