CHARITABLE COLLECTIONS ACT 2003 (NO. 17 OF 2003) - SECT 11

For this Act, "benefit" includes—

        (a)     property (other than money); and

        (b)     any gain or reward.

Note     Property is defined in the Legislation Act, dict, pt 1.
