CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 6 OF 2018) - SECT 2

    (1)     This Act (other than sections 32 to 36) commences on the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Sections 32 to 36 commence on 1 September 2018.
