Giving evidence by affidavit for interim order
Section 57A (2) (b)

substitute

        (b)     sworn or affirmed before a police officer of, or above, the rank of sergeant.

Note     An affidavit may also be sworn or affirmed before a person mentioned in the Oaths and Affirmations Act 1984
