Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) Without limiting section 14 (Corrections policies and operating procedures), a corrections policy or operating procedure may include provision for any other matter in relation to the management or security of detainees.
(2) The chief executive must ensure that a corrections policy or operating procedure makes provision in relation to each the following:
(a) a detainee giving birth;
(b) a marriage of a detainee;
(c)
the death of a detainee.
