CO-OPERATIVES NATIONAL LAW (ACT) ACT 2017 (NO. 8 OF 2017) - SECT 15

    (1)     For the Co-operatives National Law (ACT) , section 453 (d) (Application of Corporations Act—deregistration), a reference to the Commonwealth in any of the following sections of the Corporations Act

is taken to be a reference to the Territory:

        (a)     section 601AD (Effect of deregistration);

        (b)     section 601AE (What the Commonwealth or ASIC does with the property);

        (c)     section 601AF (The Commonwealth's and ASIC's power to fulfil outstanding obligations of deregistered company).

    (2)     For the Co-operatives National Law (ACT) , section 453 (e), a reference in the Corporations Act

, section 601AE, to crediting an amount to a Special Account (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013

of the Commonwealth) is taken to be a reference to crediting the amount to the consolidated revenue fund.
