CO-OPERATIVES NATIONAL LAW (ACT) ACT 2017 (NO. 8 OF 2017) - SECT 17

    (1)     For the Co-operatives National Law (ACT) , section 537 (4) (c) (Secrecy), information may be divulged to the following entities:

        (a)     the Treasurer;

        (b)     the commissioner for revenue;

        (c)     the auditor-general;

        (d)     the ombudsman;

        (e)     a person nominated by a person mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (d).

    (2)     For the Co-operatives National Law (ACT) , section 537 (6), definition of "former Act", the Cooperatives Act 2002

is specified.
