CO-OPERATIVES NATIONAL LAW (ACT) ACT 2017 (NO. 8 OF 2017) - SECT 36

    (1)     The following legislation is repealed:

              •     Cooperatives Act 2002

(A2002-45)

              •     Cooperatives Regulation 2003

(SL2003-22).

    (2)     All other legislative instruments under the Cooperatives Act 2002

are repealed.

    (3)     The following legislative instrument under the Legislation Act

is repealed:

              •     Legislation (Cooperatives) Delegation 2014 (No 1)

(NI2014-558).
