CHILDREN'S SERVICES (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 17 OF 1994) - SECT 25
Procedure where child voluntarily enters a place of safety
25. Section 102 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsections
(2), (3), (4) and (5) “Community Advocate” and substituting
“Director”.
