CHILDREN'S SERVICES (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 70 OF 1991) - SECT 11

Criteria for bail

11. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subparagraph (4) (b) (i) “custody” (wherever occurring) and substituting “detention”.
