CHILDREN'S SERVICES (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 70 OF 1991) - SECT 25

Care orders

25. Section 83 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (c); and

(b)     by omitting from subsection (7) “care” and substituting “custody”.
