CHILDREN'S SERVICES (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 70 OF 1991) - SECT 32

32. Section 110 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “care” and substituting “custody”;

(b)     by omitting from subsection (2) “care” and substituting “custody”; and

(c)     by omitting from subsection (2) all the words from and including “in his” to and including “child and”.
