CANBERRA TOURISM AND EVENTS CORPORATION (NO. 5 OF 1997) - SECT 4

4. (1) The Canberra Tourism and Events Corporation is established.

(2) The Corporation—

        (a)     is a body corporate; and

        (b)     shall have a common seal.
