CARELESS USE OF FIRE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO. 52 OF 1990) - SECT 3

3. After section 2 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:

“2A. (1) This Act binds the Crown.

“(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.”.
