Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts26. (1) Not later than 7 days after the date on which the variation, suspension or cancellation of a licence takes effect, the person to whom the licence had been issued shall submit it to the Controller.
(2) A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with subsection (1).
Penalty: $1,000.
(3) The Controller shall endorse any variation on the licence and return it to the licensee.
