DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO. 30 OF 1990) - SECT 5

5. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(a)     an aggrieved person;”;

    (b)     by omitting from subparagraph (b) (i) “or”; and

    (c)     by adding at the end of paragraph (b) the following subparagraph:

    “(iii)     the child; or”.
