Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts36. (1) A Redistribution Committee shall make a proposed redistribution of electorates after considering any suggestions and comments lodged with it in accordance with an invitation under subsection 34 (1).
(2) Section 30 applies in relation to the making of the proposed redistribution as if it were a redistribution by the augmented Commission.
(3) The Committee shall state the reasons for its proposal in writing.
(4) A member of the Committee who disagrees with its proposal may state the reasons for the disagreement in writing.
