EVIDENCE ACT 2011 (NO. 12 OF 2011) - SECT 170
Evidence relating to certain matters
(1) Evidence of a fact that is, because of a
provision of this Act mentioned in table 170, to be proved in relation to a
document or thing may be given by a person permitted under section 171 to give
the evidence.
