Section 45

omit everything before subsection (2), substitute

45     Making of orders—div 4.3

    (1)     The court may make an order under this division in a proceeding on its own initiative or on the application of—

        (a)     a party to the proceeding; or

        (b)     the complainant; or

        (c)     a similar act witness.
