GUARDIANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY ACT 1991 (NO. 62 OF 1991) - SECT 16
16. (1) The Tribunal may, on application, give a direction to a guardian or manager about the exercise of his or her powers or the performance of his or her duties or functions.
(2) A guardian or manager who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes a
direction is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by a fine not
exceeding $5,000 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months, or
both.
