35. (1) At least 7 days before the Tribunal holds an inquiry into a matter concerning a person, the President shall, so far as practicable, give written notice of the inquiry to—
(a) the person;
(b) the person's spouse, parents, brothers and sisters;
(c) each child of the person;
(d) if the person has a guardian—the guardian;
(e) if there is a manager of the person's property—the manager;
(f) the Community Advocate; and
(g) if the matter relates to property—the Public Trustee.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not be taken to limit the person to whom notice of the inquiry may be given.
