GUARDIANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY ACT 1991 (NO. 62 OF 1991) - SECT 59

59. (1) Subject to subsection (2), for the purpose of exercising its powers, the Tribunal shall be constituted by—

        (a)     the President and the 2 other members; or

        (b)     the President alone;

as determined by the President.

(2) Where, before the completion of an inquiry, a member of the Tribunal other than the President ceases to be available for the purposes of the inquiry, the President and the remaining member shall complete the inquiry if the President considers it desirable to do so.
