GAMBLING AND RACING CONTROL ACT 1999 (NO. 46 OF 1999) - SECT 29

Impersonating authorised officer

    A person shall not impersonate or falsely claim to be an authorised officer.

Penalty:     50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
