GAMBLING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1999 (NO. 56 OF 1999) - SECT 10

    Section 14 is amended by omitting paragraphs (3) (c) and (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(c)     an owner;”.
