GAMBLING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1999 (NO. 56 OF 1999) - SECT 79

Agent's place of operation

    Section 91 is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(a)     is approved in writing by the commission; and”.
