GAMING MACHINE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1995 (NO. 39 OF 1995) - SECT 7

7. Section 45C of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (1) (a) the following paragraph:

    “(aa)     that linked jackpots be payable in connection with each arrangement under the permit by reference to the event or events set out in relation to the arrangement in the application for the permit;”.
