GAMING MACHINE AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 9 OF 2020) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     This Act (other than sections 8, 12 and 13) commences on the day after this Act's notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Sections 8, 12 and 13 commence on 1 July 2020.
