Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts41. (1) While investigating an unresolved complaint, or an issue or matter arising out of such a complaint, the Commissioner shall use his or her best endeavours to determine whether the complaint is justified.
(2) The Commissioner is not required to cease conducting an investigation under paragraph 40 (1) (b) or (c) solely because, during the course of the investigation, the relevant complaint has been resolved.
