HEALTH COMPLAINTS ACT 1993 (NO. 96 OF 1993) - SECT 48

48. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, determine—

        (a)     the fees and expenses payable to witnesses appearing before the Commissioner; or

        (b)     matters connected with those fees and expenses.
