HEALTH COMPLAINTS ACT 1993 (NO. 96 OF 1993) - SECT 53

53. The Minister may, by instrument, approve—

        (a)     a code to be known as the Code of Health Rights and Responsibilities; or

        (b)     a variation of the Code.
