HUMAN EMBRYO (RESEARCH) ACT 2004 (NO. 22 OF 2004) - SECT 33

    (1)     Before obtaining the consent of a person for section 29  (2) (a), the inspector must tell the person that he or she may refuse consent.

    (2)     An entry of an inspector with the consent of a person is not lawful unless the person voluntarily consented to the entry.
