Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may ask an applicant for a licence, in writing, to give the chief executive, within a stated reasonable time, information or material the chief executive reasonably requires to consider the application.
(2) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated time, the applicant fails to comply with the request.
