Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the chief executive amends a licence under section 28, the chief executive may ask the licensee to produce the licence for amendment within a stated period of not less than 14 days.
(2) A licensee commits an offence if the licensee fails to comply with a request under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
