HEMP FIBRE INDUSTRY FACILITATION ACT 2004 (NO. 48 OF 2004) - SECT 55

A person who would, apart from the seizure of a thing under this part, be entitled to the thing may—

        (a)     inspect it; and

        (b)     if it is a document—take extracts from it or make copies of it.
