HEALTH (NATIONAL HEALTH FUNDING POOL AND ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2013 (NO. 2 OF 2013) - SECT 5

    (1)     The Legislation Act 2001

does not apply to this Act (other than part 1 (Preliminary), section 37 (Regulation-making power) and part 6 (Transitional)).

    (2)     This Act is to be interpreted in accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT)

, schedule 7 and, for that purpose, schedule 7 applies—

        (a)     as if references to ‘this Law' or a Queensland Act were references to this Act or an Act of this jurisdiction; and

        (b)     with all other necessary modifications.
