HEALTH (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1993 (NO. 14 OF 1993) - SECT 20

20. A document or other thing given to, served on or lodged with the Chief Executive shall, on and after 1 July 1993, be taken to have been given to, served on or lodged with the Minister or the administrative head, as the case requires.
