(1) A fee or other amount payable under a law specified in Schedule 1 or 2 as amended by this Act that would, but for this subsection, have been paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund is payable to the administrative head.
(2) An amount payable under a law specified in Schedule 1 or 2 as amended by this Act that would, but for this subsection, have been payable by the Territory is payable by the administrative head.
