HEALTH (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1993 (NO. 14 OF 1993) - SECT 32

Staff deemed to be officers

32. A person taken to have been appointed or employed under section 21 shall be taken to be an officer within the meaning of subsection 3 (1) of the Audit Act 1989.
